How to DonateMerchandise donations can be dropped off at either of our three stores during store hours. Larger items, such as furniture and large appliances can be picked up, free of charge, by one of our trucks. Please call us to arrange for an appointment. Please note that we can only accept donated items that are clean, servicable, and in good (or better) condition. If you have a question about an item that you wish to donate, call us at 215-957-6131. Whether you are shopping or donating, we want you to know how much we appreciate your help. To further assist us, please check the list below for items we can no longer accept as donations. These are items that we get more of than we can handle or have not been able to effectively sell in the past. The result to us is excessive labor costs and disposal fees costing Impact an estimated $100,000 annually. As always, your continued support along with your cooperation with these guidelines will enable Impact to be even more effective in the future. We do not accept the following:
